991ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your use of the 991ph online gaming platform, accessible at 991ph.net, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated services operated under the 991ph brand. These Terms apply to every registered user of the 991ph platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

The 991ph platform is operated in accordance with a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the official regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines. All gaming activities conducted on 991ph are subject to PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and 991ph is committed to maintaining full compliance with applicable Philippine laws, including the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487) and all related PAGCOR issuances.

By accessing, registering, or placing any wager on 991ph, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 991ph.

To register and maintain an account on 991ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration your account remains active:

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any bonus balances held in the account at the time of suspension.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on 991ph at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different names, different email addresses, or different device or payment method combinations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 991ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. 991ph will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted on your 991ph account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 991ph support immediately via the live chat function. 991ph accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

991ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification typically requires submission of: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or UMID card); (b) a recent proof of address document; and (c) proof of ownership for any payment method used. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification early to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

All financial transactions on the 991ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. 991ph does not currently accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or international payment methods.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 991ph account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within thirty (30) minutes during standard banking hours. 991ph does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. Once KYC is approved, GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time. 991ph reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in certain circumstances.

991ph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free game credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 991ph promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) must be fully met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

• 991ph reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of system errors.

Attempting to manipulate or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit wagering requirements, or placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus extraction — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

All games available on the 991ph platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) information applicable to each game before placing wagers.

Game outcomes on 991ph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game events (card draws, roulette wheel spins, etc.) conducted by trained dealers in certified studio environments. 991ph does not manipulate, adjust, or interfere with any game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game round in progress, the affected round may be voided and any wager placed on that round will be returned to the player's account balance. 991ph is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end, including mobile data interruptions, power outages, or browser crashes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 991ph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual player.
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors — any such exploitation must be reported to 991ph support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 991ph platform.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening behaviour towards 991ph support staff or other players.

991ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 991ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 991ph platform content without the prior written consent of 991ph.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 991ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the 991ph platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

991ph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law, and with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) strictly for the purpose of delivering the 991ph service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 991ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming sessions due to technical interruptions, or any other financial or non-financial harm.

991ph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player into their 991ph account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

991ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 991ph reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, 991ph will process the return of any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 991ph support via live chat. All pending wagering requirement completions associated with bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), Republic Act No. 9160 (as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between you and 991ph shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first raise any complaint through the 991ph formal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting our support team, before pursuing external legal remedies.

991ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 991ph platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the 991ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 991ph.net/terms-conditions.
